We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and delivery across various teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects simultaneously

  • Support project managers in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation

  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation

  • Monitor resource availability and assist in task assignments

  • Help maintain quality control standards throughout project life cycles

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
