We are currently seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This individual will manage the front desk operations and support various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative support tasks

  • Coordinate with internal departments to handle various front desk-related requests

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all corporate information

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training is a plus

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
