Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, project coordination, and marketing strategy. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand messaging and execution across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide reports

• Collaborate with the creative team on content creation and brand materials

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities

• Manage and update marketing calendars, promotional materials, and campaign assets

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
