Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings

  • Present and promote Catch Vibe Voice's services and solutions to prospects

  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence in engaging with people and building rapport quickly

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
