Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and client objectives. Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution

• Support the marketing team in organizing events, presentations, and promotional activities

• Assist in developing and editing marketing materials, content, and presentations

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery

• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus)

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is preferred
