We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential markets, clients, and new business opportunities

  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project needs and present solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and pipeline status

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
