We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to support and help drive leadership training initiatives, talent development strategies, and organizational growth efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people development and eager to grow within a performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of leadership development programs.

  • Coordinate logistics for training workshops, events, and learning sessions.

  • Support employee engagement and leadership tracking initiatives.

  • Gather feedback and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align leadership training with business objectives.

  • Maintain and update training materials, learning platforms, and internal development resources.

  • Provide administrative support for leadership development activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in training, talent development, or leadership programs (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program results and suggest improvements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of learning management systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in team settings with attention to detail.
