We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. This role is essential in maintaining the voice and image of Nexmos Design while supporting our branding and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Draft and edit content for press releases, reports, and company documents.
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
Maintain brand consistency in all communication materials.
Support event planning and community engagement efforts.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, briefs, and proposals.
Monitor media and industry trends to inform communication strategies.
Respond to external inquiries and coordinate public relations efforts when necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
