Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining timelines, coordinating resources, and communicating progress with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or delays

• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records

• Facilitate regular meetings to update team members and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

• Support the Project Manager with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
