We are seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, MO. As a Call Center Agent at Every Word Code, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution
Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet individual and team performance metrics and call quality standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
A calm, positive, and professional attitude
