Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our clients’ goals and expectations. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and successful event operations from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events including product launches, corporate functions, and promotional activations

• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans

• Source and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers

• Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

• Ensure all event elements are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

• Manage communication with clients and stakeholders before, during, and after events

• Oversee permits, insurance, and safety requirements

• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Attention to detail and ability to think critically and problem-solve on-site
