We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding service to our clients and customers. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, support requests, and post-purchase assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and dedicated to delivering timely, effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

  • Process returns, exchanges, and follow up on customer complaints or concerns

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs or escalate issues

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes

  • Provide product or service information to customers when requested

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
