We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including mail distribution and appointment scheduling

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs and meeting arrangements

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and team members

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
