Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Madison, WI. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments

• Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with company procedures

• Load and unload trucks using manual or motorized equipment

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor

• Assist with regular inventory counts and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
