We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage event logistics from planning to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet client expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events that reflect our brand’s mission.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate, promotional, and private functions
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Manage budgets, timelines, and event schedules efficiently
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal staff
Conduct on-site event support and troubleshooting
Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning or coordination (1-3 years preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible schedule and availability for occasional weekend or evening events
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus
