Job Description

Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Tampa, FL team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations in our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals who value teamwork and a structured work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders accurately

• Organize and maintain inventory

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Assist with regular inventory counts

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math and reading skills

• Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse systems is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
