We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, coordinating communications strategies, and ensuring alignment across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, an organized project manager, and a creative thinker with a keen understanding of audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, newsletters, press releases, and written content

  • Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns and company announcements

  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure message consistency

  • Support event coordination, media relations, and stakeholder communications

  • Track communication metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness

  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or content coordination role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Familiarity with communication planning and reporting tools

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
