We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our internal systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain and organize electronic files and records

  • Generate reports as requested by management

  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify data issues

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of data privacy principles is a plus
