We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to help ensure each event runs smoothly and aligns with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events
Manage logistics such as venue setup, materials, supplies, and vendor communication
Serve as an on-site support contact during events
Track inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for staff involved in events
Support in post-event reporting and feedback collection
Maintain event documentation, checklists, and timelines
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning, administration, or hospitality is preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
