Responsibilities
Process customer purchases accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Handle cash, credit, and refund transactions with attention to accuracy
Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly
Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise when needed
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to handle transactions with precision and efficiency
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
