Job Description

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cultivating leadership potential, driving performance, and contributing to organizational growth. You will work closely with managers and team leads to support leadership initiatives, training programs, and strategic talent development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership training and development programs

• Facilitate workshops and team-building sessions for emerging leaders

• Support department heads with performance management tools and coaching strategies

• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with HR to align development programs with organizational goals

Qualifications
