Messa Sync is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications, assist in developing content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who excels in writing, planning, and executing communication strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, internal newsletters, and company announcements

  • Coordinate communication campaigns and ensure message alignment across departments

  • Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and promotional materials

  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform communication efforts

  • Maintain the company’s voice and brand guidelines across all communications

  • Support senior management with speech writing and briefing documents

  • Organize internal events and support employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or content creation role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Mailchimp, CMS platforms)

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
