Job Description

Chats Cloud Cover is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will support all internal and external communications efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional messaging across multiple platforms and departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and distribute internal communications, announcements, and updates

• Coordinate external communications including newsletters, press releases, and company-wide messages

• Support the planning and execution of communication strategies for campaigns and projects

• Collaborate with departments to maintain brand voice and consistency

• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and briefing materials

• Monitor the effectiveness of communication activities and suggest improvements

• Manage the calendar of communications and ensure timely delivery of messages

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional communication tools
