Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives and campaigns from concept to completion

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain internal marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular analytics reports

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to execute marketing plans

  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
