Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role involves managing communication channels, developing content, coordinating public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and committed to high standards of written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility and message consistency.

  • Draft press releases, newsletters, reports, and internal communication materials.

  • Coordinate media outreach and public relations efforts.

  • Collaborate with various departments to align communication strategies with business goals.

  • Maintain and update communication calendars and timelines.

  • Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports.

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or PR role.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
