We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications efforts across all departments. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective communication that aligns with our company goals and brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials

  • Coordinate messaging across departments and with clients

  • Assist in the preparation of press releases, presentations, newsletters, and reports

  • Monitor company communication channels and ensure timely responses

  • Maintain and update communication guidelines and documentation

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding

  • Support event planning and promotional activities

  • Track communication performance metrics and prepare summary reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, coordination, or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
