Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toledo, OH. This role involves providing professional support to clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships. Responsibilities:

• Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Lead

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
