We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

  • Support administrative staff with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Assist in coordinating office supplies and facility needs

Qualifications
