Blue Print Out is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient office workflows, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office records
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle correspondence
Schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders
Support basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking
Assist with onboarding and document processing for new hires
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or administrative certification is a plus
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
