Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, maintaining records, and supporting the administrative functions of our branding operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records

• Assist with generating reports and summaries from data

• Perform routine clerical tasks as needed

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data processing

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
