Job Description

Nexmos Design is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging our marketing strategies with client acquisition efforts, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively and sales objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and client engagement

• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align brand messaging with market strategies

• Track and analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports for optimization

• Assist in the creation of marketing content including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials

• Maintain and update client databases and manage lead generation pipelines

• Support the sales team with client communications, follow-ups, and scheduling

• Research market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
