Job Description

Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our Santa Ana team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and is passionate about building strong business relationships. The Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met

• Coordinate with internal departments to execute client projects on time and within scope

• Track account metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and management

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development

• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
