Job Description:
Beloform is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Atlanta team. As a key point of contact for our clients’ customers, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless communication experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and service satisfaction

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

• Meet performance targets and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

• Stay informed on company products, promotions, and policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center operations preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
