Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and performance analysis of advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and client services teams to ensure all campaign elements align with our clients’ goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver ad materials on time

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights

• Maintain schedules, budgets, and media plans

• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy development

• Ensure all advertising content complies with brand guidelines and project requirements

• Support the billing and invoicing process for advertising-related expenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in an advertising or marketing coordination role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
