We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures

  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives

  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents

  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

  • Assist in planning company events and meetings

  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
