Beloform is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities with efficiency and a welcoming attitude, helping ensure a smooth flow of operations in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance

  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
