We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Detroit. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, initiating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and lead generation.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align business goals with storytelling strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and business development reports.

  • Attend local events and meetings as needed to build relationships and promote the brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (entry-level candidates with internships or strong communication skills will be considered).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
