We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Detroit. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, initiating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for business strategy, and the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align business goals with storytelling strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and business development reports.
Attend local events and meetings as needed to build relationships and promote the brand.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (entry-level candidates with internships or strong communication skills will be considered).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
