Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations in our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical duties, maintain documentation, and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff members in a professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails

  • Manage office supplies and inventory

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Support data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and task completion

  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
