We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our Saint Louis team. This position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously

  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages

  • Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and general correspondence

  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks as needed

  • Support office operations by coordinating with various departments

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized
