We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and residents, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily front office operations, and maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, clients, and residents in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls appropriately
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations
Monitor security systems and ensure safety protocols are followed
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
