We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and residents, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily front office operations, and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and residents in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls appropriately

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations

  • Monitor security systems and ensure safety protocols are followed

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams

  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations

  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
