Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, and passionate about delivering high-quality marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

  • Coordinate events, promotional activities, and partnership initiatives

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest optimizations

  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project documentation

  • Support the creation of marketing content including presentations, reports, and collateral

  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with project management and marketing software tools

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
