We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, overseeing project progress, and maintaining strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong focus on client service and results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships by providing outstanding support and service
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
Monitor account performance, client feedback, and market trends
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and propose tailored solutions
Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports
Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for each client account
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with a high level of organization
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
