We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, overseeing project progress, and maintaining strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong focus on client service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships by providing outstanding support and service

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

  • Monitor account performance, client feedback, and market trends

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner

  • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and propose tailored solutions

  • Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports

  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for each client account

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with a high level of organization

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
