We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role bridges our marketing and sales departments, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and lead generation activities are aligned with business goals. Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials
Track campaign performance and generate reports for internal teams
Support the sales team with lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in organizing marketing and sales events, product launches, and presentations
Communicate with vendors and partners to support campaign execution
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support role
Strong organizational and project management skills
