Signal Tru Brand is seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine desire to assist customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Provide product and service information to existing and prospective customers

  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
