Job Description:

Nexmos Design is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary link between our clients and creative teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. It is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to transition into a client-facing, strategic role in the design and branding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure client needs are met

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and supervisors

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports

• Help manage budgets and ensure profitability of projects

• Support senior account managers and participate in training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

• Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus but not required
