Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointment bookings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

  • Perform personal errands and tasks as needed

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly
