Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointment bookings
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents

Perform personal errands and tasks as needed
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly
Organize files and maintain accurate records
