Job Description

Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

• Organize and store materials according to company standards

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)

• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks

• Follow company procedures for labeling and tracking inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Forklift certification is advantageous but not required
